We are growing and in need of additional support. We are a friendly bookkeeping firm with a very diverse range of clients. We are looking to add a person to our growing team who has the following:

  • Honesty, Integrity, Discretion, Loyalty and Ability to work Independently

  • Self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Excellent bookkeeping skills and problem-solving capabilities

  • STRONG EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP AND ONLINE (this is a must)

  • Sound grasp of Microsoft Office including excel & word

  • Must be able to follow instructions and work with generally accepted accounting principles

  • Great attitude, flexibility and sense of humor

  • Access to their own computer / laptop and printer

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Data entry & daily bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients

  • Account reconciliation for Bank & Credit Card accounts

  • A/P, A/R, P/R, Journal Entries

  • Client correspondence and communication

  • Sales Tax Filings

  • Payroll Tax Filings

We offer a flexible 10-20 hour work week, with the potential for working from home once training is complete.

This is an Independent Contractor position with pay dependent on experience.
